My whole life has been, and still is filled with art: architecture, painting, sculpture and drawing. It was part of my nurturing, as well as teaching and art profession. I believe that every man-made object in our environment is conceptualized and designed – be it executed by machine or hand- and therefore should be aesthetic objects. My personal preference since my youth has been portraiture and sculpture. The human form, how its form, lines, colors and body language reveal the inner being and spirit, offers endless enjoyment of the art process. Biblical and spiritual truths constantly inspire my subjects, real or imaginary. My work is in private as well as public collections in South Africa, Israel, USA and Germany.
